PIAA Physicals
The registration process has moved online to FamilyID. PIAA Physicals must be uploaded to Family ID to complete the registration process. Directions for registration can be found using this link: Registration Instructions.
All athletes must have a valid PIAA Sport Physical on file with the Athletic Department in order to participate in athletics.
Sport physicals can be completed by family doctors or by physicians at a Minute Clinic. There are Minute Clinics at the Jenkintown CVS and the Walgreens in North Wales. While only Section 6 of the PIAA CIPPE Form must be printed and filled out by an appropriate medical examiner, some doctor's offices require section 5 to be filled in the office as well. Section 6, once completed, will need to be uploaded to Family ID.
All physicals for this school year must be documented by a physician after May 1st. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the Athletic Trainer.

Important Note
If you are playing multiple sports within one school year, you only need to visit your family doctor / minute clinic once - and you only have to register on Family ID once. After the first submission within one school year, you only need to complete the recertification process online using Family ID to register for another sport. This can only be completed within 6 weeks of the new sport's start date.
