Dr. Amy K. Mangano

Dr. Mangano joined The Springfield Township Middle School as the building principal in August of 2024. She previously served as the Supervisor of Special Education for 3 years and 5 years as the Arcola Intermediate School Principal. She has also served as the Upper Elementary School Principal in the New Hope-Solebury SD for 11 years. Her career began in the Wissahickon School District as an Elementary School Counselor at Blue Bell Elementary school for 5 years, K-12 Supervisor of Guidance for two years and a Middle School Assistant Principal for 3 years. Dr. Mangano has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Providence College where she also played D1 tennis. She received her Master of Science in Counseling in 1994 and Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership from Gwynedd Mercy University in 2019.
