Driver Compliments/Concerns

Please contact the transportation office at your earliest convenience either at TransOffice@sdst.org or by calling 215-233-6095. We will be happy to discuss the reason for your call and will pass your kind words on to the driver or investigate appropriately for concerns.

Please do not approach drivers directly with comments that may lead to significant discussion. For the safety of each of our passengers, drivers must carefully monitor the students and traffic around the vehicle at all loading/unloading zones, and outside distractions can create a greater hazard. Additionally, as the time that a bus is stopped increases, so does the risk that the motoring public will become impatient and make poor and dangerous choices to pass the stopped school bus.
