Mrs. Kelly Bechtel

Kelly Bechtel has been teaching and coaching in grades 1-8 since 2000. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Anthropology at Rutgers University and her Master's degree in Education at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Kelly grew up in New Jersey and now lives in Springfield with her husband and 2 children. 

As an instructional coach, Kelly works closely with classroom teachers to integrate evidence based strategies with the goals of increasing student engagement, improving student achievement, and building teacher capacity in schools.
