Dr. Meghan Markle

Dr. Meghan Markle was appointed as the Principal of Enfield Elementary in May of 2021.  Preceding to this role, Dr. Markle served as the Assistant Principal of Erdenheim Elementary School for 4 and half years.  Prior to joining the School District of Springfield Township, Dr. Markle worked for the West Chester Area School District for 12 years, serving as an Instructional Coach at Fern Hill Elementary School and a teacher of a variety of grades at Penn Wood Elementary School.

Dr. Markle received a Bachelor of Arts from Immaculata University, where she pursued a major in Elementary Education and a minor in Psychology.  While teaching, Dr. Markle returned to Immaculata University where she was awarded a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership. In April of 2020, Dr. Markle successfully defended her dissertation after completing the  Educational Leadership Doctoral program at Arcadia University.
